To use the smart weight scale with your smartphone, follow these steps: 1) Download the Vihealth app and turn on Bluetooth; 2) Step on the smart scale until it shows "0.00"; 3) In the app, go to Profile -> Add Device -> Lescale F3.

If your smart scale only displays weight, ensure you are barefoot when using the body fat scale to get accurate readings. To track body fat and other data, register on the Vihealth app and set up your accurate profile.

For the best accuracy, place the weight scale on a flat, hard surface, wait for the "0" on the digital display, and keep still during weighing. The scale supports lb/kg/st unit switching, which can be done either through the app (Profile -> Settings -> Units) or by pressing the "UNIT" button on the digital scale (without the app).
