The digital tape measure offers a Power Button to turn it on or off, an M Button to switch the unit and save the data, an R Button to retract the tape for adjusting the circumference and length, and a Lock Button to press and eject the tape buckle. Please download the latest version of the Arboleaf app, as the previous version cannot support Measure Circumference.

To use the digital tape measure, first install the battery, then download the Arboleaf app, register and log in, and open the Bluetooth connectivity. Start measuring and save the data by opening the app, clicking Body Measurements, and then Record. Choose the circumference, and the measurement will be displayed. Press the M button to save the measurement.

The digital measuring tape has a retractable easy-lock hook, and you need to click the R button to tighten it around the desired area. Then press the M button once, and the tape data will reflect onto the app, making it easy and quick to use by yourself.

The large LCD screen allows you to easily get readings. If you can't see the readings directly when you get it to tighten around the desired area, you can unlock the tape, and the data will still display steadily on the screen.

The tape can track an unlimited amount of users, making it great for professional trainers and fitness coaches with tons of clients. You can switch users by clicking the profile at the top left side of the home page. For new users, please download the latest app and register your account; for existing users, please update the app to the latest version (the old version cannot support it) and log in to your original account.

The tape has 12 preset circumferences for everyone, and Custom Measurements are available for you. For Customize body parts, it supports up to 6 body parts.

The battery comes with the Arboleaf smart body tape. Place the battery in the battery compartment with the "+" side facing out. Please enable the Bluetooth so the data can be saved after you press the M button.

For the initial measurement to ensure accuracy, please zero out by pressing the On/Off button and M button simultaneously for one second, then completely retract the tape until it shows 0.00in. Now you can start measuring.

If the tape does not connect to your Bluetooth and won't pair with your phone, install the battery, download the latest Arboleaf app, open the app, allow Bluetooth permission, and create an Arboleaf account. Then, pair your tape measure by pulling the tape out or pressing the power button to turn on the smart body tape measure to automatically pair it.

Yes, the body measure can read the measurement from the screen to your phone. First, choose the circumference you want to record in the app, then pull out the smart tape measure for your body and insert it into the locking pin, retract it to a proper position, and the display will show the reading. Finally, press the M button once to save the data.
