The VeSync app may frequently display "disconnected" for a valid reason. The smart scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body measurements to conserve energy. During this time, the app will show the disconnected status. To reconnect, simply turn the scale back on and open the app.

There are two ways for multiple users to utilize the same smart scale: 1. Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts: Note that only 5 VeSync accounts can be paired with the smart scale at a time. 2. Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account: Users can create multiple user profiles within a single VeSync account. All users can log in to the same account on their respective smartphones without requiring others to log out.

Updating the scale's firmware is a straightforward process. First, ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Then, power on the scale. Open the VeSync app and tap the scale's picture to access the device page. Wait a few seconds for the Bluetooth connection to be established, indicated by a blue Bluetooth icon on the scale's display. Finally, follow the in-app firmware update instructions. Avoid letting the scale's display turn off during the connection or update process.

The VeSync app is compatible with iOS 12.0+ and Android 6.0+. Please note that the included iPhone and Apple Watch are not part of the package. Additionally, only body weight can be synced to MyFitnessPal, as the app does not allow syncing all data to VeSync.
